These are the terms you agree to when you order from Shaheen Rubber Store.
Ordering
An order is placed when you complete checkout on this website, or when you confirm it with us on WhatsApp or on the phone. We call to confirm most orders before they leave the shop.
You have 1 hour to cancel
After placing an order you have one hour to cancel it, free of charge. Call or WhatsApp us on +92-33-44895510 within that hour and the order is stopped — nothing is charged. After one hour the order may already be packed or handed to the rider, and our return terms apply instead.
Prices and payment
- All prices are in Pakistani Rupees.
- Payment is cash on delivery — you pay the rider when the parcel reaches you.
- Prices can change, but the price shown when you ordered is the price you pay.
Stock
We keep the website stock as accurate as we can. If an item turns out to be finished after you order, we tell you straight away and either arrange it, offer an alternative, or cancel that item at no charge.
Fitment
Parts are listed by car, model and year. Please check the year and the size before ordering, and ask us if you are unsure — we would rather answer a question than have you receive the wrong part. Free fitting is available at our counter for wipers and most rubber parts.
Delivery
We deliver across Pakistan. Delivery time depends on your city and the courier. Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout or confirmed on the call.
Returns
Returns and exchanges are covered by our Returns & Refunds page — 7 days from delivery, for unused and unfitted items.
Product photos
Photos are there to show the part and the car it fits. Small differences in shade or packing can happen between batches; the fitment is what we stand behind.
