We want the part to fit and to last. If something is not right, bring it back.
7-day return window
You have 7 days from the day you receive the item to ask for a return or an exchange. After 7 days we can no longer accept the item back.
What we can take back
- The item is unused and unfitted, in the same condition it reached you
- It is in its original packing, with all clips, caps and fixings
- You can show the order number, the receipt, or the WhatsApp message of the order
What we cannot take back
- Items already fitted, cut, drilled or taped to the car
- Items damaged after delivery, or missing parts of the set
- Specially arranged or made-to-order items, unless they are faulty
Wrong part or faulty item
If we sent the wrong part, or the part is faulty, we replace it or refund it in full — and we cover the delivery cost both ways. Tell us within 7 days and send a photo so we can sort it out quickly.
How to start a return
- Call or WhatsApp us on +92-33-44895510 with your order number and the reason.
- We confirm the return and tell you how to send it back, or you can drop it at the shop.
- Once we receive and check the item, the refund is issued within 5 to 7 working days.
How the refund reaches you
Cash on delivery orders are refunded in cash at the shop, or by bank, JazzCash or Easypaisa transfer to the number that placed the order. Delivery charges are not refunded unless the fault was ours.
Exchange is faster
Wrong size or wrong model? Bring the item to the counter within 7 days and we will swap it for the correct one. You pay only the difference in price, if any.
Cancelling an order
You have one hour after placing an order to cancel it, free of charge. Just call or WhatsApp us on +92-33-44895510 within that hour.
